Matcha carries noticeably less caffeine than a double espresso and is what most guests reach for when they want something lighter. Whole, oat, almond, and lactose free milk are on the cart at every event. We don't carry decaf; if a fully caffeine free option matters for your guest of honor, say so when you book and we'll tell you straight what we can do.

Our cart is brushed metal in a soft champagne tone with the RATIO mark on the front, a clean, neutral look that pairs with almost any palette. Custom touches like themed menu cards or a signature drink named for the guest of honor are available on request, and we'll price them for you.

Yes. Home showers are one of our favorite kinds of booking. The cart is 4 feet wide and needs open space around it, on a level spot indoors or outdoors near a standard power outlet. We bring our own water, need access 75 minutes before the party starts, and clear away without a trace.
